If you got the Wall Street Journal in print, you would see something unusual: a full page ad about the Federal Reserve, and not in a good light.
The mainstream public, and many elected officials, defer and pay homage to quirky Fed rockstars like Alan Greenspan and Janet Yellen as if they were Yoda. IT IS 100% UNDESERVED.
You don't need to buy a copy of WSJ, however.
HERE IS THE AD, published by the Mises Institute. It's called "Who needs the Fed," so just search for that if the link goes stale.
The Federal Reserve, an unelected 4th branch of Government, is not the solution. It is the problem! It's the reason for inflation. It's the cause of banking crises, not the cure. It allows Congress to spend like drunken sailors - with apologies to sailors for the unfair metaphor - propelling us further into financial ruin. The Fed isn't Federal and it isn't a reserve. It's a cartel of banks!
C'mon man! Wise up!
